Made using traditional methods our chicken pasty uses chicken thighs, Why thighs? this not because its easier, in fact its because the best tasting meat from a chicken is its thighs. Don't believe me? try our pasty you will not be disappointed.

Traditional vegetables seasoned by hand and wrapped using the best possible shortcrust pastry, hand made, hand seasoned and hand crimped.

Hand crimped, hand seasoned, handmade using locally sourced ingredients.

Pastry is made with Flour Lard and Butter.
