Chicken, Bacon, leek and gravy

Using the very best Chicken thighs,  thick cut bacon and fresh leek, I have created what I believe to be one of the best tasting pasties. 

The Chicken and bacon is placed on top of a bed of leek, on top of traditional vegetable mix with a very beautifully made chicken sauce dribbled through out the pasty.

Our gravy is home made, using stock from bones and skin of the chicken so nothing is left unused.

Hand crimped, hand seasoned, handmade using locally sourced ingredients.

Pastry is made with Flour Lard and Butter.
